1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND CONTACT INFORMATION

1.1 General Terms & Conditions

Any deals between A. Kudrešovo firma, R. Kalantos g. 28, Kaunas, LT52495, Reg. No. 233855140 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the Customer are governed only by these General Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms & Conditions”) www.kudreshov.com .

2. GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF OUR ONLINE STORE

2.1. When you create a profile in our online store, you transfer your personal data to us. We need your consent for processing your personal data, otherwise you will, unfortunately, not be able to use our online store. The type and form of processing your personal data are explained here: Privacy Policy.

2.2. Our goods are sold only in amounts intended for personal use.

3. PERSONAL DATA

Your consent to processing of your personal data is voluntary. However, we should indicate that if you disagree with this processing, then you will not be able to sign up and use our online store. All the other information about processing of data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

4. ORDERS

4.1. Orders are made via the website www.kudreshov.com through registered user account or without registration.

4.2. Items in our online store are labelled in such a way that you get information about their size, colour, price, and materials they are made of.

4.3. When you make an order, select the item you want, apply the necessary size, colour, quantity, and any other properties.

5. MAKING A PURCHASE

5.1. Add the item selected from our product range to the online shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart”.

5.2. All items added to the shopping cart can be viewed by clicking on the “Shopping cart” in the upper right section of the website. Here you can also delete items or change their quantity, choose delivery country and type or leave a note for the order.

5.3. If you want to purchase the goods in the shopping cart, select delivery type, country and address, click “Checkout”.

5.4. Here you can sing in to your account by clicking "Prisijungti" or make a purchase without registration by filling all the necessary information.

5.5. Then you can specify your payment method. Your payment options: payment with a payment card, payment via internet bank.

5.6. By pressing “Sumokėti” the Customer agrees to buy the selected Item and undertakes to pay the specified price of the goods and delivery.

5.7. Having received your order, the Seller will e-mail you an order confirmation with details of your order.

5.8 The Seller may contact you by phone (if you specify your phone number) or by e-mail to clarify any matters that are unclear with regard to your order and delivery.

6. PRICES

6.1. All prices in the online store are indicated in euro, including value added tax as per legal requirements. Moreover, there are shipment costs, the amount of which depends on the delivery and payment options you have selected. Such costs are specified separately.

6.2. The price at the end of the order is the final price. The Seller and the buyer are bound by this price. It cannot change even if the Seller later reduces or increases the price of the goods.

6.3. Despite that the Seller reserves the right, within the scope of applicable legislation, to adjust prices in the online store, to offer new products, offer or discontinue discounts.

6.4 We offer free shipping for orders over 35,99 € in Lithuania, and for orders over 150 € in EU countries.

7. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

The goods offered in the online store are generally available. However, in some rare cases, when several customers order specific goods, it cannot be excluded that the goods may no longer be available. In this case, you will be notified as soon as possible that the goods are not available. No agreement is concluded for the goods that are not available. Deliveries are made while items are available.

The sizes that are not available are highlighted in a different colour on the page than the sizes that are available.

8. DELIVERY

8.1.We offer delivery to any of Omniva or DPD parcel machines in Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia, Lithuanian post offices or DPD courier to your home in any EU country.

8.2. We will contact you, if any of the items is no longer available or cannot be shipped due to other reasons.

9. PAYMENT

Your payment options are: payment with a payment card, payment via internet bank.

10. SHIPPING

10.1. We are shipping only to addresses located in EU countries.

11. RETURNS

11.1. You have the right to terminate the distance agreement within 30 days following the reception of the goods.

11.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you have to make a return via Omniva parcel machine by registering the return here https://grazinimai.omniva.lt/parduotuves/kudreshov-com or send the goods to A. Kudrešovo firma, R. Kalantos g. 28, Kaunas, LT52495 no later than within 30 days of receiving the order. If the expiry of the period falls on a national holiday, the right of refusal shall be exercised until working day following the end of the period (inclusive).

11.3. You can use the item only to the extent necessary to try it out. The returned item should look exactly as it looked originally, should have no damages or signs of wearing. The item should have all the original labels and protective films attached. When returning an item, the original packaging of the item should be packed in other shipment packaging.

11.4. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

11.5. If items were purchased during a specific promotional deal or sale, such as "Buy 2, Get 40% Discount," all items included in the order must be returned together to qualify for a refund. Individual items cannot be returned separately unless deemed defective or non-compliant with our return policy.

In the event that the Buyer returns only one item of a promotional deal where multiple items were purchased together, we reserve the right to issue a refund excluding the full price of the item that the Buyer decides to keep.

11.6. The money for the returned item will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return, provided that the returned item looks as it looked originally. Your payment will be refunded to your credit card or bank account, from which the payment for the purchase was received.

12. GUARANTEE

12.1. You can contact us with a complaint regarding defects in the purchased items, and we will investigate situation individually. If the item is confirmed to be defected, we will refund you any money paid for a defective item to your bank account.

12.2. Each delivery note will be sent to the customer by email. The Seller shall not be responsible for any incorrect data in the delivery note, which have been entered by the customer.

13. COPYRIGHT

The content of this website, including any photos, videos and texts are protected by the copyright law and other laws. These images, videos and texts are intended for private use only.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

14.1. These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with regulatory enactments of the Republic of Lithuania.

All the disagreements relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be solved through negotiations.

The Parties shall be released from the responsibility under these Terms & Conditions, if their performance is not possible due to force majeure.

14.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend and supplement these Terms & Conditions unilaterally at any time without a prior notice by publishing them on www.kudreshov.com, in section “Terms & Conditions”. The Buyer shall be bound by the Terms & Conditions, which are in force at the time of ordering goods and services. The Buyer must read the Terms & Conditions of www.kudreshov.com prior to making each purchase.

15. RESPONSIBILITY

15.1. The customer shall be liable for authenticity of the data provided in the Sign up form. If false information is provided in the signup form, the Seller shall not be responsible for it or its consequences, but is entitled to request from the Customer compensation of direct losses.

The Customer, who has signed up to the online store www.kudreshov.com, is fully responsible for all his/her actions.

The Customer shall be liable for security of his/her credentials. If Customer’s credentials are used by any third party, the Customer shall be responsible for that.

15.2. In all possible conflict situations, the Seller shall be free from any liability, if the Customer is inflicted losses, because, despite the Seller’s recommendation, the Customer has not read these Terms & Conditions, when he/she assumed the liabilities, although such an opportunity has been provided to him/her. Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's decision to purchase Goods on the basis of images.

In case of any losses the guilty party shall compensate direct losses to the other party.
