DELIVERY STATUS CHECK
Orders are processed weekdays from Monday to Friday. Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order's tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier's tracking portal and change the date of delivery if you won't be home on the expected delivery day.
RETURNS
We will fully refund unworn, unused items you are not completely happy with. In order to return items purchased online and receive a refund, we kindly ask you to complete the returns form contained in the package you received and send it back together with the item or fill the form: https://grazinimai.omniva.lt/. We would be grateful if you could also specify the reason for the return, this will help us to further improve in the future. Please repackage the goods thoroughly to avoid transportation damage and ideally re-use the original packaging. Please be informed that customer pays for return shipping. We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of receipt.
If items were purchased during a specific promotional deal or sale, such as "Buy 2, Get 40% Discount," all items included in the order must be returned together to qualify for a refund. Individual items cannot be returned separately unless deemed defective or non-compliant with our return policy.
In the event that the Buyer returns only one item of a promotional deal where multiple items were purchased together, we reserve the right to issue a refund excluding the full price of the item that the Buyer decides to keep.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
